On April 7th, 2025 at approximately 7:00 P.M. The Clay County Sheriff’s Department was conducting an investigation on drug related criminal activity.
The Sheriff’s Department went to 834 Ferguson Road in Corning. They came in contact with 51 yr. old Matthew R. Dougan who would not immediately open the door.
Mr. Dougan is on Felony probation with a search waiver on file. The Sheriff’s Dept. conducting a search of the residence. Afterward Mr. Dougan was transported to the Clay County Detention Center where he was booked in on the following charges. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- Felony, Possession of Meth or Cocaine LT 2GM.
