According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Loren Macarthur, 27 of Violet Hill, was arrested on March 26th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for harassment.

Simon Ducker, 45 of Pineville, was arrested on March 27th for two counts of aggravated assault, terroristic threatening, driving on a suspended driver’s license, public intoxication, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and a bond revocation out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Jeffrey Mason, 46 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on March 28th for a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.

Kathryn Rigdon, 39 of Oxford, was arrested on March 28th for absconding probation.

Carole Brewer, 37 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 3rd for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises.

Shaun Bickford, 42 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 3rd for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and maintaining a drug premises, and a parole hold. Bickford is also charged as a habitual offender.

Justin Murphey, 33 of Oxford, was arrested on April 3rd on a warrant for criminal sexual conduct second degree out of Van Buren County Michigan.

Kevin Pool, 48 of Calico Rock, was arrested on April 3rd for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Jean Johnson, 63 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on April 4th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for three counts of harassment.

Ashley Zellefrow, 33 from Springfield Missouri, was arrested on April 4th awaiting formal charges relating to prescription drug forgery.
