19 year old Dustin Beard of Ravenden was arrested with the assistance of Ravenden Police and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies Monday afternoon in Imboden.
Randolph County authorities notified Lawrence County that they had charges against him and he was reportedly in the Imboden area.
Authorities made contact with the subject in the area of East 2nd Street in Imboden. Beard was taken into custody without incident.
Beard is charged with Felony Theft Of Property and transported back to Randolph County.
Beard is currently in the Randolph County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing and court date.
