Cordia Marie Wildrick, 73, of Imboden went to her eternal home on Monday, March 24, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones at Flo & Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.
Cordia was born September 18, 1951 in the Opposition community to Emmett and Florence Loane Clements. Cordia married the first love of her life, Travis Wildrick, in 1970.
Cordia was preceded in death by her mom and dad, Emmett and Florence Clements; many brothers and sisters; and husband, Travis Wildrick.
She leaves behind one son Michael (Michelle) Wildrick of Imboden; two grandchildren, Karson and Kennedy of Imboden; a very special love in her life for 36 years, Jim Brown of the home; two bonus daughters Beverly (Derek) Presley of Mammoth Spring and Rachel (Jerry) Campbell of Jonesboro. Grandkids Hannah (Jaren) Wade, Ashlynn Rackley, Zane Presley, Hailey Mansfield, Gabriel Campbell; great grandchildren Huxton, Almon, and Nova; two brothers, Connie Clements of Imboden and Lynn Clements of Arlington, TN; three sisters, Elsie Hausman of Pocahontas, Shirley Nettles of Alicia, Letha Collins of Alton, Mo.
Cordia was a member of Imboden First Baptist Church and was a factory worker for many years in Pocahontas. She loved to see her friends and family, especially at reunions to talk about old times.
When younger, her favorite thing in the summer was playing softball and watching baseball on TV and yelling at the players when they did something she didn’t like or when the umpires made bad calls. Her favorite place to eat was Taco Casa, and she loved having her feet in the sand.
Cremation has been chosen and a graveside memorial will be held at a later date in Hope Cemetery.
