The Arkansas State Police released its fatal crash report for a fatal accident that occurred on Monday March 10th.
The accident occurred at CR-16 and CR-1032 at approximately 4:45pm.
According to the report, 18 year old Caleb Uhlmann of Mountain Home was killed when his 2019 Dodge Charger left the roadway and struck a tree.
Weather conditions were clear and road conditions were dry, the accident was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
