IZARD COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last two weeks. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Jessica Ellis, 36 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on February 24th for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Luis Lopez, 25 of Batesville, was arrested on February 26th for driving with no driver’s license and speeding.

Brenton McCurley, 56 of Calico Rock, was arrested on February 27th for probation violations.

Khai Knight, 53 of Oxford, was arrested on March 1st for reckless driving, fleeing, littering, endangering the welfare of a minor, battery 2nd degree, and resisting arrest.

Jeremy Lehr, 32 of Evening Shade, was arrested on March 3rd on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.

Matthew Sutterfield, 50 of Oxford, was arrested on March 6th for probation violations.

Mason Fowler, 22 of Franklin, was arrested on March 6th on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.

Kiera Shepherd, 23 of Oxford, was arrested on March 6th on a warrant out of Barton County Kansas for probation violations.

Gerald Villneff, 42 of Oxford, was arrested on March 6th for sexually grooming a child and four counts of sexual assault in the 2nd degree.

Lee Hagen, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on March 6th for contempt of court.
