Authorities have cancelled a Silver Alert for a 95-year-old Mountain Home woman on Wednesday after a body and her vehicle were discovered on Little Rock Air Force Base property.
According to Mountain Home Police, a maintenance crew discovered Belva Day’s car on Tuesday afternoon in a ravine in a remote area of the base in Jacksonville.
Authorities say a body discovered in the vehicle was transported to the Arkansas State Crime Laboratory for an autopsy and identification.
