Debbie Lynn Flynn 61, of Hoxie passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2025, at her residence.
Born February 26, 1963, in Newport, she was the daughter of Jerry and Linda McGonigal Mann. She was a homemaker and really enjoyed doing her crafts and making beautiful things for people. She was a proud member of a motorcycle club and loved to ride every chance she got.
Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Mann; her husband, Jeff Flynn; and her best friend (her dog) Kendra.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Mann of Walnut Ridge; one sister, Tammie (Dennis) Simpson of Nesbit, MS; one brother, James “Kevin” Mann of Walnut Ridge; nine nieces and nephews; and many other relatives and friends.
The family will have a memorial service at a later date.
