Timothy Dover, 36, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Controlled Substance, Drinking in Public, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While Intoxicated, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, Careless Driving, and No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local.

Rhonda Keifer, 50, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Fleeing by Vehicle, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test, Driving While Intoxicated, Speeding, No Seatbelt, Expired Registration, Driving on Expired DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance-ASP, and Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle.
