According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated in the last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Shaun Bickford, 42 of Hoxie, was arrested on February 5th for defrauding a drug or alcohol test and probation violations.
Joseph Miller, 41 of Ash Flat, was arrested on February 7th for driving left of center, fictious vehicle license, restricted driver’s license, failure to register a vehicle, no proof of insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Daniel McKelvey, 38 of Brockwell, was arrested on February 8th for assault on a family or household member.
Bobby Butler, 41 of Melbourne, was arrested on February 9th for terroristic threatening and disorderly conduct.
