On February 3rd, 2024, at approximately 1 1 :45 P.M. the Rector Police Dept. made a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle was 64yr old Danny Doyle Moore of Rector. Mr. Moore’s vehicle was searched, and he was taken to Rector P.D. because Marijuana shake was found in the vehicle. The Sheriffs Dept. had earlier requested a search warrant for Mr. Moore’s residence. At approximately 1 :27 A.M. February 4th, the Sheriff’s Dept. and Rector P.D. executed a search warrant at 421 N. Ballard St. in Rector. After the search Mr. Moore was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges. Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia Felony, Possession of Meth or Cocaine W/Purpose of Delivery GT IOGM But LT 200GM, Possession of SCH VI With Purpose to Deliver.
Moore has an extensive criminal history with dozens of bookings ranging from Drug Possession to Theft to Terroristic Threatening.
