On January 26th, Joshua Craig Robison, 45, of Cherokee Village was booked into the Fulton County Jail on multiple charges after authorities were contacted by Arkansas Crimes Against Children Division regarding inappropriate video footage allegedly taken at a residence in Cherokee Village.

Investigators discovered a video on the Robison’s cellphone of a 17-year-old female undressed in the restroom after showering.

Authorities also allege that videos taken by Robison were sent via e-mail to his estranged wife.

Additional victims, two females under the age of 14 were also discovered. Robison can also be seen adjusting the angle of the hidden camera in the footage.

Joshua Craig Robison faces three counts of voyeurism, two counts a class C felony, the third count a class D felony and two counts of possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child, a class B felony.

Robison’s bond was set at $100,000 cash only.
