According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Jarry Albon, 34 of Springdale, was arrested on December 25th for public intoxication.
Matthew Feher, 37 of Forrest City, was arrested on December 26th for contempt of court.
Erin Couch, 40 of Melbourne, was arrested on December 26th on a failure to appear warrant out of Sharp County.
Zachary Butler, 38 of Melbourne, was arrested on December 27th for probation violations.
Casey Vest, 55 of Melbourne, was arrested on December 27th for driving left of center, careless driving, and DWI.
James Reynolds, 51 of Franklin, was arrested on December 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Elizabeth Moore, 35 of Franklin, was arrested on December 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Stephen Lewis 2nd, 38 of Batesville, was arrested on December 29th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
William Woodard, 18 of Violet Hill, was arrested on December 29th for driving left of center, careless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and DWI.
