At 10:17pm on Saturday the Lawrence County Dispatch received a report of an armed robbery at the Dollar Tree on Main Street in Walnut Ridge.
The suspect described as a black male approximately 6 feet wearing all black and a ski mask fled the scene on foot.
Walnut Ridge Police, assisted by Hoxie Police and Lawrence County Deputies set up a perimeter around the area. A K-9 from the Black Rock Police Department was requested and deployed in an effort to find the suspect.
Management from the business was responding to view any possible video captured.
