According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated since October 14th. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Tyler Howell, 31 of Ozark, was arrested on October 15th on a warrant from the Izard County District Court for contempt of court.
Jessie Carrol, 59 of Little Rock, was arrested on October 18th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for delivery of a controlled substance.
Robert Foster, 45 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 20th for obstructing highway, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Anita Walde, 58 of Glenco, was arrested on October 21st on a warrant out of Fulton County for failure to appear.
Christophr Foster, 27 of Mountain Home, was arrested on October 21st for probation violations. Foster also had a warrant for contempt court out of Baxter County.
Johnathan Clark, 27 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 22nd for domestic battery 3rd degree and three counts endangering the welfare of a minor.
Billy Brumley, 55 of Oxford, was arrested on October 22nd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Randell Wisham, 65 of Violet Hill, was arrested on October 22nd for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Patsy Tyler, 35 of Jonesboro, was arrested on October 22nd for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Brandon Dennis, 22 of Ash Flat, was arrested on October 24th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Daniel Mayne, 42 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 24th on a warrant out of Kay County Oklahoma for failure to appear.
Darlene Meadows, 53 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 24th for probation violations.
Crystal Johnson, 51 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 25th for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
Luke Vest, 27 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 26th for residential burglary, criminal attempt – arson, criminal mischief 1st degree, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Courtney Keathley, 30 of Melbourne, was arrested on October 26th for residential burglary, criminal attempt – arson, criminal mischief 1st degree, and endangering the welfare of a minor.
Joseph Baumbach, 18 of Pineville, was arrested on October 27th on a warrant for criminal mischief 1st degree out of the Izard County District Court.
