Teresa Ann Douglas, 61, of Walnut Ridge, died October 22, 2024, at her residence.
Born June 25, 1963, in Walnut Ridge, daughter of the late, Harold and Barbara Orr Murphy. She worked as a cook at restaurants and truck stops. Teresa loved to spend time with her family, friends, and she enjoyed doing arts and crafts.
Survivors include her two daughters, Nikiesha Jackson (Scott) of Alicia, and Sarah Douglas of Walnut Ridge; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Sharon Hodge (Thomas) of Walnut Ridge, Rebecca Pratt (Gary) of Maynard; and brother, Mitchell Murphy (Metta) of Kentucky; and many other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be Saturday, October 26, 2024, at 2 P.M. in the Old Military Cemetery in Sedgwick. Pallbearers will be Jasper Murphy, Dakota Jackson, Colton Riggs, and Joshua Phillips Jr. Honorary Pallbearer is Tony Atkins.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be made to help with the funeral expenses.
