Jerry “Chip” Arnold Amonds Jr., 60 of Alicia passed away October 12, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loved ones.
Born September 9, 1964. in Ft. Benning, GA, to Jerry and Phyllis Bearden Amonds. He was united in marriage to Lisa Amonds on April 17, 2014. Chip loved many different things in life including his dogs, fishing, races, football, yard work, camping, and wrestling along with many other sports. He was a member of the Tuckerman Faith Assembly Church.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Amonds.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa of the home; five children, Savanna Amonds and Jerry Amonds both of Bonne Terre, MO, Grant (Haylee) Amonds of Jonesboro, Paige Poe of Swifton, and Candace Poe of Newport; four grandchildren, Zane Ruddell, Isabel Newby, Bentley Eubanks, and Millie Ellen Rhea Amonds; His mother, Phyllis Stelling of Bonne Terre, MO; a brother, Billy LaPaglia of Bonne Terre, MO, one niece, Bailey LaPaglia of Bonne Terre, MO; and many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, October 18, 2024, at 2:00 PM at the Tuckerman Faith Assembly Church with Bro. Brandon Gates officiating.
