According to Izard County Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Christopher Stone, 48 of Franklin, was arrested on October 7th for possession of a controlled substance.
Jamie Woodcock, 37 of Elizabeth, was arrested on October 7th on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.
Jacob Taylor, 26 of Pineville, was arrested on October 7th for failure to maintain lane, speeding, reckless driving, and DWI.
Colton Smoot, 28 of Viola, was arrested on October 8th on a failure to appear warrant out of the Izard County District Court.
Christopher Stephens, 48 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 8th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Jason Cossey, 47 of Franklin, was arrested on October 8th for possession of firearms by certain persons.
Christina Johnson, 60 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 8th on a warrant for delivery of a controlled substance (3 counts) and maintaining a drug premises out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Franklin Willey, 35 of Batesville, was arrested on October 8th for possession of a controlled substance.
Ernest Lipps, 59 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 9th for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Ellis, 36 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on October 9th for possession of a controlled substance. Ellis also had a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
Justin Reynolds, 32 of Oxford, was arrested on October 9th for possession of a controlled substance and probation violations.
Christopher Stone, 48 of Franklin, was arrested on October 10th for probation violations.
Daniel Young, 33 of Oxford, was arrested on October 13th for unauthorized use of a vehicle.
