The Arkansas State Police report that two people were killed in a head-on collision in Craighead County on Wednesday night.
According to the Arkansas State Police report, Omoregie Osaghae-Nosa of Florissant, Mo, was hit head-on by a still unidentified driver.
The unidentified driver was driving a Ford F350 Northbound, in the Southbound lane, and struck a Lexus being driven by Omoregie Osaghae-Nosa head-on.
The truck then flipped and was engulfed in flames.
The accident occurred at the 104-mile marker on U.S. Highway 67 east of Swifton.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
