According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Zachoria Henry, 27 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 30th for battery in the first degree on law enforcement, fleeing in a vehicle, aggravated assault, DWI, driving on a suspended driver’s license for DWI, reckless driving, failure to register motor vehicle, and criminal mischief in the first degree. Henry is housed in a neighboring county jail.

Sarah Slayton, 40 of Brockwell, was arrested on September 30th for terroristic threatening in the first degree.

Raymond Neeley, 63 of Franklin, was arrested on October 1st on contempt of court out of the Izard County District Court.

Billy Binnion, 54 of Franklin, was arrested on October 1st for disorderly conduct.

Ricky Alford, 74 of Mountain Home, was arrested on October 1st on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Tristin Owens, 28 of Norfork, was arrested on October 2nd on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.

John Parker, 47 of North Little Rock, was arrested on October 3rd for driving on a suspended driver’s license and obstructing governmental operations.

Randall Lipford, 60 of Oxford, was arrested on October 5th for driving on a suspended driver’s license and atv on the highway. Lipford also had a misdemeanor warrant out of Sharp County.

Andrea Hutchison, 26 of Strawberry, was arrested on October 5th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County District Court.
