Prior to Morgan playing with friends chasing lighting bugs near the baseball field witness had noticed that an unidentified Caucasian male was watching Morgan on the field.

It was claimed that the man approached the group who were playing with Morgan and asked them question (what that conversation was has never been released by law enforcement).

The unidentified male is described as betweent he ages of 23-38 years old, 6’0″ tall and 180 ibs. He had salt and pepper colored hair which was combed back and maybe curly.
