According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Tyler Howell, 31 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 16th for violation of a protection order. On September 19th, Howell was served a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for domestic battery 3rd degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Wesley Alexander, 49 of Calico Rock, was arrested on September 18th for disorderly conduct.

Joseph Horn, 21 of Franklin, was arrested on September 18th for contempt of court out of the Izard County Circuit Court.

Saul Mendez, 47 of Franklin, was arrested on September 19th for careless driving, driving left of center, no driver’s license, possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, and DWI.

Sabrina Coley, 47 of Mountain Home, was arrested on September 20th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for failure to appear.

Dakoda Reeves, 21 of Dolph, was arrested on September 21st pending formal charges related to domestic battery 3rd degree and false imprisonment.

Delilah Durham, 37 of Guion, was arrested on September 21st pending formal charges related to theft by receiving.

Melody Howell, 31 with an address of homeless, was arrested on September 22nd on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for domestic battery 3rd degree and three counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. At the time of Howell’s arrest, she was also charged wit possession of a controlled substance.

Gwendolyn Jackson, 63 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 22nd for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Vincent Pellegrini, 36 of Fair Oaks CA, was arrested on September 22nd pending formal charges related to possession of firearms by certain persons and criminal mischief.
