Arkansas State Police have released the report on the crash that occurred in Sharp County on Hwy 167 south of Evening Shade on Sunday, Sept. 15, at 5:11 p.m.
The crash left a Batesville woman dead and several others including minors injured, police say.
The preliminary fatal crash report from the Arkansas State Police states a 2016 Toyota driven north by Shaundra Johnson, age 31 of Batesville crossed the center line, striking a 2005 Chevrolet driven south by Colten Boyd, age 34 of West Plains, Mo.
Johnson died in the accident and one child was injured in her vehicle.
Boyd, along with 30-year-old Emily Boyd of West Plains and a minor child in his vehicle, was also injured.
