Authorities in Lawrence County were notified by railroad workers of a vehicle being stuck on the railroad tracks in the 100 block of East 1st Street in Imboden around 7:40am.

Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived to find the truck and its driver still on the railroad tracks. BNSF alerted and stopped all trains while law enforcement conducted their investigation.

After a search of the vehicle, the driver identified as Hunter Paul Singley was arrested and charged with Possession of a controlled substance w/intent to distribute(Felony), driving on cancelled drivers license and Simultaneous Possession Of Drugs And Firearms (Felony).

Singley was transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center, the vehicle was removed from the tracks by Dail’s Wrecker Service of Ravenden and train traffic resumed.
