The Arkansas State Police has released its preliminary crash report for the fatal accident that occurred Friday morning in Fulton County.
According to the report, an unnamed female driver (minor) was killed when the vehicle she was in lost control negotiating a curve and crossed the centerline on Hwy 63 striking a semi truck.
According to the report, weather conditions were rainy, roadways were wet. No other injuries were reported. The accident was investigated by the Arkansas State Police.
