According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
James Phillips, 27 of Franklin, was arrested on September 1st for sexual assault 2nd degree. Due to the affidavit being sealed by a court order, this is the only information that can be released.
Christina Brown, 50 of Wideman, was arrested on September 3rd for probation violations.
Courtney Keathley, 30 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 4th for probation violations.
Luke Vest, 27 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 4th for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Lee Hagen, 56 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on September 5th on a warrant out of Marion County for theft by receiving.
Billy Brumley, 54 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 5th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for violation of the Arkansas hot check law.
Jill Jackson, 63 of Wideman, was arrested on September 6th for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.
Jonathan Corter, 39 of Oxford, was arrested on September 7th for fictious tags, no proof of insurance, driving on a suspended driver’s license, DWI, and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
Joel Walker, 42 of Melbourne, was arrested on September 7th for domestic battery 3rd degree and endangering the welfare of a minor.
