The Arkansas State Police has arrested Jeffrey Roger Pyzocha, age 39 of Flippin Thursday on first-degree terroristic threatening charges.
The Arkansas State Police says Pyzocha sent a threatening message on July 26th to Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin’s Facebook account.
The Attorney General reported the incident and requested assistance from ASP’s Criminal Investigation Division.
Pyzocha was arrested in Mountain Home by Arkansas State Police on Sept. 5th and taken to the Baxter County Detention Center before being transferred to the Marion County.
Pyzocha was released Friday morning on a $25,000 bond.
