On August 12th, Jonesboro Police ICAC Division received three cybertips from the Arkansas State Police. In those cyber tips, Google provided videos and photos depicting sexual acts involving juvenile males that were uploaded from an account belonging to Keon Smith. Upon further investigation, Smith was identified as the suspect who uploaded the images.
Smith was arrested on September 5th by the JPD SWAT team, ICAC Division, and Homeland Security Investigations. He appeared today for his PC hearing and received a $125,000 cash surety bond and no access to the internet.
