Halle Dyer, 24, of Melbourne, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated 1st Offense.
Eric Fosha, 63, of Batesville, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
Jennifer Graham, 30, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Careless and Inattentive Driving.
Calvin Harrell, 46, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Criminal Trespass.
