According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Charles Newman, 47 of Calico Rock, was arrested on August 21st for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Thomas Peal, 70 of Melbourne, was arrested on August 22nd for careless driving, DWI, and refusal to submit.
Jennifer Drent, 51 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 24th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Donald Drent, 41 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 24th for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Robert Chatman, 41 of Violet Hill, was arrested on August 24th for domestic battery 3rd degree. Chatman also has a probation/parole hold.
