A former north Arkansas teacher is accused of inappropriately touching a minor and sending a nude photo of himself to another.
Adam Willis, age 34 of Flippin was arrested and charged on Friday with second-degree sexual assault (Felony) and indecent exposure.
The investigation began when Marion County investigators received a report of a 14-year-old teenager receiving the photo from Willis through a social media platform.
Investigators were able to obtain the photo and messages sent to the victim.
Investigators located a second underage victim during their investigation.
Willis is accused of touching the child inappropriately. Court records show the victim was the age of 4 when the incidents started, and they continued until the child was 6.
Willis is a former teacher in the Cotter School District and was terminated at the beginning of last year.
Willis was released on a bond of $25,000. He is ordered to have no contact with the victims.
