Authorities report a Calico Rock dog was killed then sexually abused by a teenager.
Timothy Fear, age 19 was arrested on August 20th and is currently in the Izard County Detention Center on charges of Bestiality, Cruelty To Animals.
Izard County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a call of from a man whose young child found a dog deceased when he was going to feed it.
Authorities say Fear, a local farmhand with a history of cruelty to animals, confessed to him and others that he killed the dog, then had sexual intercourse with it.
