In memory of Dennis Kirby Wells.
Dennis Kirby Wells, 73, of Pocahontas, Arkansas passed away at home on August 12, 2024. He was born on September 3, 1950, in Pocahontas, Arkansas to William and Maudie Wells of Ravenden Springs, Arkansas.
Dennis was a veteran of the Vietnam War. He retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company after 30 years and returned to raise beef cattle in Water Valley. He loved to bale hay.
Dennis is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers Doug (Sherry) Wells, and Kenneth Wells.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 50 years Mary Wells; loving son Matthew Wells; brothers Millard Wells, Danny (Janet) Wells, and Anthony (Dana) Wells; sister Diane (Clinton) Bennett; granddaughters Kaitlin Francis, and Allison Headstream; and many cherished nephews and nieces.
A graveside service will be at the Wells Cemetery off Conrad Trail in Ravenden Springs, Arkansas on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 10:00 am with Gerald Fears officiating.
The pallbearers will be Shane Wells, Seth Wells, Stetson Wells, Keith Wells, Josh Bradley, and Richard Mitchell.
