According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Christopher Baggett, 38 of Huntsville AL, was arrested on August 5th for criminal trespass.

Eugene Martin, 44 of Oxford, was arrested on August 6th for Probation violation.

Blake Sutherland, 38 of Brockwell, was arrested on August 6th for manufacture of a controlled substance, possession of firearm by certain person, and simultaneous possession of drug and firearms. Sutherland was also charged as a habitual offender.

Jeffery Young, 44 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 7th on a warrant out of Cross County for rape.

Joshua Collins, 39 of Salem, was arrested on Augst 8th on a warrant out of Sharp Count for petition to revoke probation. Collins is also charged in the Izard County Circuit Court with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing on foot, and criminal trespass. Collins has also been charged as a habitual offender.

Jessica Moore, 29 of Evening Shade, was arrested on August 8th for probation violations and unlawful acts, having another person’s urine for a drug test.

Donald Hill, 49 of Sidney, was arrested on August 10th on a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear. He was also charged with driving with no driver’s license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
