On Friday night, authorities were notified of a possible altercation at a residence in Black Rock. Officers from both Black Rock Police and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the scene.
Before officers could arrive, one person involved in the dispute left the scene in a White GMC Truck.
Black Rock officers passed the suspect vehicle on Hwy 63 and made a traffic stop on the vehicle.
The occupant of the vehicle identified as Dusten Robert Haynes of Black Rock. Haynes was found to have outstanding warrants in Lawrence County, driving on suspended and on active probation. The warrants were “must appear”, Haynes was arrested and transported to the Lawrence County Detention Center.
