According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were
incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
Kimberly Elkins, 32 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 29th for
possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug
paraphernalia. Elkins also has a hold for parole/probation violations.
Skylar Shrake, 22 of Melbourne, was arrested on July 29th for parole
violations.
Dallas Johnson, 34 of Fort Smith, was arrested on July 29th for parole violations.
Matthew Sutterfield, 50 of Oxford, was arrested on July 29th for
probation violations.
David Pettit, 63 of Mount Pleasant, was arrested on July 30th for
possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms.
Joseph Lee, 40 of Pocahontas, was arrested on July 31st for probation violations.
Devin Ball, 32 of Cushman, was arrested on July 31st for a warrant out of the Izard County District Court for failure to appear.
Stephen Cagle, 42 of Calico Rock, was arrested on August 4th awaiting formal charges related to domestic battery and terroristic threatening.
David Smart, 57 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on August 4th for
parole violations.
