The Arkansas State Police report that four people were killed in Clay County early Friday morning.
According to the ASP Fatal Crash Report, 27-year-old Jordan Rainwater of Knobel, 30-year-old Jonathan Sanchez of Trumann, 44-year-old Brian Pruett of Blytheville, and Johnny Holt, 47 of Lepanto were all killed in the crash.
The crash happened at around 12 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 2 when authorities say a 2004 Cadillac Escalade, driven by Rainwater, was southbound on Clay County Road 232 when it
failed to negotiate a curve and left the roadway, rolling over on its side and impacting with a ditch embankment coming to rest, upside down, submerged in water.
The accident was investigated by the Arkansas State Police, the report states the roadway and weather were clear at the time of the crash.
