The Arkansas State Police released its Fatal Crash Report for the fatal semi rollover on Hwy 115 on Thursday.
According to the report, 53 year old Theotis Crawford Jr. of West Memphis was killed when the 2017 International entered a curve and exited the roadway striking a group of trees and ending up on it’s top.
The accident investigation was conducted by the Arkansas State Police.
The accident occurred at 12:46 pm on Thursday.
Departments responding were Strawberry Fire, Lynn Fire, Smithville Fire, Saffell Fire and Imboden Fire.
