U.S. Air Force will be landing a C-130 on Highway 63 in Bono, Highway 63 will be closed from midnight to mid-morning Sunday, Aug. 4th for a military training exercise according to the release.
Highway 230 In Craighead County from CR 137 to Highway 63-B will also be closed during the exercise.
For the safety of the public and military personnel conducting the exercise, the public is asked to not gather or attempt to approach the area.
The U.S. Air Force will use the highway as a temporary airstrip.
Traffic will be detoured through Bono (see map)
