A probation/parole compliance check at a residence on Main Street has resulted in one person being charged after authorities say he was maintaining a drug premise.
Jacob Gokey, age 43 of Black Rock was arrested after a compliance check was conducted and a K-9 alert was indicated at the residence.
Arkansas Probation and Parole, Black Rock Police and Lawrence County Sheriff’s Deputies all assisted in search and arrest of Jacob Gokey.
Gokey was charged with :
*Possession with intent to deliver meth/cocaine (Class A Felony)
*Possession with intent to deliver Sch.I & II (Class C Felony)
*Possession with intent to deliver Sch. IV & V (Class D Felony)
*Possession of drug paraphernalia (Felony)
*Maintaining a drug premise (Class B Felony)
*Endangering the welfare of a minor 3rd degree (Class B Misdemeanor)
Jacob Gokey is currently being held in the Lawrence County Detention Center.
