On Saturday the Black Rock Police were notified of a black GMC truck that entered the city, dumped three small puppies on the side of the road and left.
Once notified, two units searched the area but the vehicle was thought to have crossed into Randolph County.
Chief Archer posted a stern warning on social media to the suspects.
“The guy in the black GMC who dump these 3 puppies in Black Rock if I catch you, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. These are 2 of the puppies that were dumped. “
