According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
David Stasny, 45 of Calico Rock, was arrested on July 8th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
Matthew Hutchinson, 35 of Newark, was arrested on July 10th for probation/parole violations.
Herbert Howell, 56 of Salem, was arrested on July 11th for failure to register a vehicle, fictitious tags, defective lights, improper display of a license plate, no insurance, and theft of property.
Jake Williams, 21 of Sage, was arrested on July 11th for probation violations.
Kenneth Elder, 36 of Flippin, was arrested on July 12th on a warrant for failure to appear out of the Izard County Circuit Court.
Jimmy Griggs, 66 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on July 12th for possession of a controlled substance.
