On July 5th, 2024, the Clay County Sheriffs Dept. arrested 49 yr. old Andrea Escobar of CR 531 Rector Arkansas.
The Sheriffs Dept. had opened an investigation on June 19th and had asked the Crimes Against Children Division of the Arkansas State Police for assistance.
Mrs. Escobar was arrested and transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges. Endangering The Welfare of a Minor-I St Degree-Risk Of Death/Physical Injury-Desert Under 10, Permitting Child Abuse.
