Angela Deloris Ratliff of Ash Flat, Arkansas passed away on July 4, 2024 at the age of 55. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett Larry and Dorthy Lee Morris Ratliff.  Survivors include her brother, Brian (Robyn) Ratliff of Hardy, AR; three nieces: Sissy (Josh) Gray of Williford, AR, Kelly (Nick) Alphin of Pocahontas, AR, and Josie (Kayde) Inness of Ravenden Springs, AR; and special friend, Terry Garver.

Angela was born in Pocahontas on March 17, 1969. From a very early age, she dealt with health complications, and she had several hospital visits throughout her childhood. However, Angela did not let these things affect her love of life. Until her mid-40s, she was a very active person, always on the go and chasing after thrills.

Angela will be remembered as someone who loved her family, both immediate and extended. She was almost inseparable from her mother, and she was always present at family events. She was a proud graduate of Williford High School, and she remained a devout fan of the Williford Indians until the school merged with Oak Ridge Central in 2004.

Angela moved in 2017 to EagleCrest Nursing Home in Ash Flat, and she remained there until her death. Her family is deeply appreciative of the care provided by the EagleCrest nurses and staff over the past seven years. The family also recognizes Legacy Hospice for their exceptional care during the last couple of months of Angela’s life.

Visitation of family and friends will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024 in the chapel of Tri-County Funeral Home at 1540 Hwy. 62/412, Highland, AR 72542. Burial will be Tuesday, July 9 at 9:00 a.m. in Bradford Cemetery near Ravenden, AR. Pallbearers will be Brian Ratliff, Terry Garver, Jeffrey Hall, Jerry Powell, Nick Alphin, and Josh Gray.
