According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were incarcerated last week. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Daniel Herrick, 66 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 24th for breaking or entering and theft of property.

William Woodard, 18 of Violet Hill, was arrested on June 24th for possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Mayne, 42 of Ponca City Oklahoma, was arrested on June 24th on a warrant out of the Izard County Circuit Court for failure to appear.

Wendy Fowler-Jenkins, 44 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 24th for breaking or entering and theft of property.

Lester Hernandez, 24 of Batesville, was arrested on June 26th for careless driving, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, no driver’s license, and DWI.

Christopher Arnold, 56 of Franklin, was arrested on June 26th for no insurance, criminal mischief, and possession of a controlled substance.

Ezekiel Kipfer, 29 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 26th for rape and sexual assault.

Miranda Thompson, 19 of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on June 27th for disorderly conduct.

Melissa Casey, 44 of Oxford, was arrested on June 28th for probation violations.

Joel Huddleson, 62 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Amelia Peek, 47 of Melbourne, was arrested on June 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.

Gary Bellomy, 56 of Franklin, was arrested on June 28th for domestic battery 3rd degree.
