Dusty Wheeler , age 44 of Mountain Home was arrested on the charge of first-degree murder.
Authorities responded to a home in the 300 block of Sunnyann lane on Friday morning, around 6 a.m. When officers arrived, they found a woman deceased at the scene.
Investigators say due to the suspicious circumstances surrounding the death, Wheeler was arrested.
Currently a joint investigation is ongoing by the Mountain Home Police Department and the Arkansas State Police.
Wheeler is being held on a $1,000,000 bond
