(POWHATAN, Ark.) –Powhatan Historic State Park will host a Victorian Watercolor Painting Workshop on Saturday June 22, from 9 am to 1 pm. Join park staff to learn how Victorian Americans used watercolors to brighten up their home. No painting experience is required.
