On May 28th, 2024, at approximately 6:00 P.M. the Clay County Sheriffs Dept. executed a search warrant at 154 CR 472 west of Greenway. After conducting a search of the residence and property, the Sheriffs Dept. took into custody 33yr old Joshua Ryan Dunham of Piggott. Mr. Dunham was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges: Possession of Meth OR Cocaine with Purpose to Deliver GT IOGM But LT 200GM, Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
During the execution of the search warrant at Mr. Dunham’s residence, it was learned that he had moved a camper to Rector, and there could be additional illegal drugs in the camper.
The Sheriffs Dept. then obtained another search warrant for the camper. At approximately 9:36 P.M. the Sheriffs Dept. executed the search warrant at 736 E. 4th St. in Rector. They came in contact with 47yr old Linda Kaye Tinsley of Greenway. She apparently spent several nights in the camper. After completing the search warrant, she was transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges: Possession of SCH I Or Il LT 2GM, Possession of SCH VI LT 40Z and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
