On May 18th, 2024, at 10:39 P.M. a Clay County deputy noticed a vehicle setting in the road on CR 254, just off Hwy. 135. The deputy came in contact with 31-year-old Jordan Blake Boling of Paragould. The deputy was advised by Mr. Boling that he was out of gas.

The deputy also noticed that the Boling subject was nervous. The deputy asked for his identification and run a check on his driver license.

The deputy learned that the subject was on probation with a search waiver on file. After learning this the deputy conducted a search of Mr. Boling and his vehicle. Mr. Boling was then placed into custody and transported to the Clay County Detention Center and booked in on the following charges, Possession of SCH I or II GT 2GM but LT 10GM, Possession of SCH VI LT 4OZ, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia Felony.

Boling has an extensive arrest history with more than two dozen bookings ranging from shoplifting to numerous drug arrest in Craighead, Greene, Clay and Lawrence Counties in Arkansas along with Dunklin County in Missouri.

Boling is currently incarcerated in the Clay County Detention Center.
