Thirty-five-year employee and BRTC Automotive Technology Instructor Larry “Butch” Dail of Ravenden has been named the Black River Technical College Spring 2024 commencement keynote speaker. Commencement will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 9 in the Randolph County Development Center. The event is free and open to the public.
